Cancellations: handled by Art Coast Properties — more than 30 days out incurs a processing fee ($149 or 3.9%, whichever is greater); 14–30 days forfeits 50%; within 14 days is non-refundable. Travel insurance is a good idea. Full terms are shown at booking.
House basics: sleeps 7 · no pets · no smoking · no events · quiet hours outside from midnight to 7 AM.
